Unexpected Beauty

Today my worries felt so
Big,
Even my calm-downs
Looked at them
Side-eyed.
Breathe,
Stretch,
Uh-uh. Not today.
A rainbow arched
Against the storm spattered sky
And I walked ages to find the end.
There was treasure there alright,
My worries heaped,
Alive with color,
A shock of unexpected beauty.
